Termination Conditions
Either party may terminate advisory services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of these terms, non-payment of fees, or violation of regulatory requirements. Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned and advisory relationship obligations cease.

All investments carry inherent risks, including the potential for loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our advisory recommendations are based on available information and professional judgment, but market conditions can change rapidly, affecting investment outcomes. Clients should carefully consider their financial situation and risk tolerance before making investment decisions.

These terms of service are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Capital Markets Act, the Central Bank of Kenya Act, and applicable securities regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms or our advisory services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through the following escalation process:

- • Management Review: Escalation to senior management for review within 14 days
- • Mediation: Professional mediation through Kenya Association of Manufacturers if needed
